Lyon's Market — Local services in Mamou

Horrible customer service, prices are outrageous.. Deli isn't so great either. I wouldn't recommend ordering food there.. This my 2nd bad experience.. First time ordering from the deli was pizza. I ordered meatlovers pizza only meat&cheese and they made a supreme pizza loaded with vegatables.. This time around I called in my order around 5 o'clock to be cooked at 6 and I ordered 2 meatlovers pizzas with only meat&cheese (extra) and I ordered a 16 pc dark.. I was told they would begin to cook the order at 6 like I requested and it would take 30-35 minutes.. When I arrived at 6:30 I was told my order was given to someone else by accident, so I walk away then went back to inquire about the resolution of the situation, well they then tell me ohhh we didn't even start on your order( its almost 7pm) well they cooked my 2 pizzas and 16pc chicken..they have 3 employees working in the deli and I couldn't understand the mix up..one employees is preparing pizza with No gloves..the other is just goofing off running here and there..all of the workers seemed lost.. I would never order any food there EVER AGAIN!!! I HAD JUST WORKED A 12HR SHIFT AND WAS tired so I ordered food cause I was too tired to cook.. When in doubt about being tired and not wanting to cook I would just cook instead of ordering food from there... The chicken was horrible burnt and the pizza was packaged incorrectly didn't have extra meat on it like I asked... Dont waste your Money just prepare...

I hardly go to this particular market, but the times I've gone, the workers were cordial. I didn't get the same experience today. When I was in line, they were very nice and held a conversation with the elder man in front of me. When it was time to check my items out, the 2 female employees, didn't say good morning... and they asked everyone else if they had or wanted to use their Lyon's card, except me. The only thing the woman who checked me out said, was "have a nice day. The one who bagged my groceries was not friendly either. Also, the deli workers needs to work on their professionalism as well. The store is always my favorite in the area for my big shopping trips. Produce is always fresh and sales are great. My kids love the pizza. My favorite part of this shopping experience is the lack of lines to wait because every time we go to "The pig" we have had no long wait time...
