Overall, I had a very positive experience purchasing from Furnica.

Cons/more like something to consider: They store their couches in a warehouse/storage unit, which is probably the most affordable and practical option given the number of couches they store and sell. Warehouses and storage units tend to be secluded, so it's never my first choice to meet a stranger at one. Because other people left reviews that confirmed this was a legitimate business, it reduced some of my anxiety about the arrangement.

Pros: Nice people, accomodating, good communication and punctuality. They delivered a new Albany Park Kova couch to my home; all the pieces were correct and fit together, they were in new condition, and there were only a couple washers missing that went with the feet (honestly, I may have lost them myself - they weren't a necessity anyway). They offered multiple payment options and sent me an invoice via email, which was very convenient. I would highly recommend purchasing from Furnica.

If you are curious about specifically buying an Albany Park Kova couch from them, please keep reading. I saw and sat on this couch at their warehouse so I knew what to expect. I really like the material - soft, but substantial. The charcoal color is beautiful and has hints of dark blue in it. The seats are very deep, so if you want to sit with your feet still on the floor, you have to prop a pillow behind your back. Assembly wasn't the easiest. It required some muscle and a rubber mallet to get some of the pieces set correctly. Definitely required two people. Inside the cover, there is a zippered cushion. The cushion is difficult to describe, but the exterior portion contains a feather mix, and when you unzip the cushion, there is a hollow pocket with, in my opinion, a rather firm foam cushion. As a matter of preference, I took out the foam cushion and slightly overstuffed the pockets of the cushions with memory foam. This was an added $150, but I still saved hundreds because I purchased this couch from Furnica. I appreciate that you can customize the couch in this way if you wish to do so. Fantastic couch super modern and sheek! Delivery driver and staff where very professional and courtious plus always timely with email or text responses. Warehouse held my order after purchase till I moved into my new Apt and delivered promptly. Website is very professionally updated, designed and managed. Great selection and price for quality products what you see on the website is exactly what gets delivered HD photos accurately repsesent products. Company is honest in descriptions of wear and tear or damages that where preexisting and did not come out in cleaning. They will make sure you know of any stains incase you didnt see it in webpage. All products professionally deep cleaned and only high end products selected and refurbished for resale, no junk couches here. They also offer 2 different types of finacing avaliabe and i was able to get approved for the full purchase price with 12 equal payments spread over a year and at 0% interst to boot cant beat that deal! Javier from furnica was the one who delivered my couch. He showed up exactly on time and even texted me saying he was 10 minutes away to come outfront and meet him. He also contacted me the morning of because his partener was sick and he wanted to know if I would perfer to reschedule delivery because I payed for the additional assitance from Furnica to bring the couch inside instead of curbside delivery. Furnica is AMAZING!!! I don't even know where to start! I saw a West Elm couch on FB marketplace for ~1/4 of the retail price and had my doubts about whether this company was legit because there didn't seem to be anything wrong with the couch. Javier was the one who communicated with me and I asked if he could please FaceTime me and show me the couch over video because I had just moved into my new apartment and was too tired to make the drive that day. He happily FaceTime'd me to show me the chaise, turned over all the cushions and zoomed in on anything I had the slightest question about.

When I asked when it could be delivered he told me that same day. I had an older couch in my apartment already that I wouldn't be able to get rid of and he told me he could remove it for me and he would bring a helper so I wouldn't have to lift a finger.

I honestly thought this might be too good to be true, and that somewhere along the line I would find out this was a scam - but no! This furniture company really is THAT GOOD! I had this couch delivered into my apartment wrapped up and it was put back together without any damage literally 2h after I purchased it. Incredible. Seriously, if you have any doubts, don't.
