Just thought I would share with both of you, Shannon and Melissa, aging is funny but not, haha.

I was going through all the wonderful emails from both of you, with pictures, guides and demo video’s. I just found the one you sent on June 29th, and today is July 21st, it takes me a while. I just watched the video’s and reviewed all emails for the first time today. I was going to go back to when I had time, like now, haha. Wish I had watched the video’s on June 29th when received. The personal demos you did for us in the store on the Spa’s, umbrellas and furniture we’re very helpful. Funny how you don’t know, what you don’t know. Everything was new to us as we’ve never owned a Spa. It was without a doubt the best decision we’ve made in years. Water therapy has really helped strengthen my body. We really appreciate how much time Shannon and Melissa spent with us, one on one in the store, and, at our home assisting us with any question’s we had. So glad to have these emails to refer to. Dreams really do come true as we purchased it on June 30th and we were enjoying our Spa within a week to enjoy for our Anniversary present to each other. Thank you so much for going out of your way and making this happen within such a short time frame.

Our purchases from Serenity Home Leisure Showroom, our beautiful 2022 Cali Spa/hot Tub, 13’ cantilever umbrella and also a 10 x 8’ rectangle umbrella, fulfilled all our needs beyond our expectations. First time we’ve had so much fun making a large purchase. Loved the beautiful showroom. When we‘re ready for new patio furniture, it’s comforting to know we're in good hands at Serenity Home Leisure.

I recently purchased a Cal Spa brand spa from Serenity and am very pleased with the quality of the spa and the outstanding customer service from both Shannon and Malissa. They are very knowledgeable and pleasant to do business with. Delivery and setup was flawless and on time. I did considerable research before making my purchase and am so glad I did not go with a spa from some 'Big Box' store where they drop off the product at your driveway and wish you good luck. This is a project that requires a level of professional care not something for an older do-it-yourselfer type. I'm sure a lot of spa's are sold from those outlets and if you have experience in taking on this task with some strong help then maybe it's worth a try, but I wouldn't recommend it. My recommendation is to buy a quality spa from a knowledgeable dealer like Serenity Home Leisure, let them do the heavy lifting and provide all the help you need getting set up and then do what you wanted a spa for--relax! Loving our hot tub! Our purchasing experience was as smooth and pleasant as it could be. Shannon did a great job explaining the differences between the models and made us feel very confident about our selection, at a very fair price too. Since all the hot tubs are built to order we were told it would take about five weeks to get it, but it was delivered in 3.5 weeks and installed by a first-rate team. Shannon also recommended an electrician (Bob) for us since we had to have a dedicated 240V, 50 amp, wire run from the electrical panel. It wasn't cheap as we had to go from one corner of the house all the way to the other...about $2,850, but that was significantly cheaper than the other quote we got, and Bob was fantastic to work with. He and his team ran the wiring before the tub got here, then made a service call to connect the wiring and show us how to use the tub. I highly recommend both Serenity Home Leisure and Bob (Donovan Construction) if you're considering buying a hot tub. Thank you Shannon...
