Unfortunately, we opted for food services through Fox Chase Manor's food service option for a significant event and were thoroughly disappointed with the quality of food and unprofessional behavior. During the tasting session, we were presented with appealing samples, albeit at the standard cost, and the individual named Kumar appeared to be friendly and accommodating. However, on the day of the event, we realized that we had been deceived. Our guests reached out to us, expressing dissatisfaction with the cold and flavorless food served at dinner, which fell far short of the standards expected for such a special occasion. It became evident that the items served differed significantly from the samples provided during the tasting.

Upon bringing this issue to Kumar's attention, he evaded us and was nowhere to be found. Additionally, prior to the event, Kumar had agreed to assist us in serving sweet paan during lunch and dinner, which we had obtained from another vendor. However, we discovered that the sweet paan was not served during dinner, and Kumar did not bother to inform us. When we contacted him the next day, his response was surprising — he couldn't locate them initially but later found them and intended to deliver them to us. After ten days, he wanted to deliver them to us, despite our concerns that perishable items like sweet paan would likely have spoiled by then. His assurance that they were stored in the fridge and safe to consume left us dismayed, raising questions about the quality and safety of the food served at the restaurant.

Despite these issues, Kumar showed no remorse or apology, instead boasting about doing us a favor. While our event was significant and we made every effort to ensure our guests' satisfaction and enjoyment, it seemed to be just another routine business affair for him. We would have appreciated a straightforward refusal from the outset if he couldn't fulfill his promises. Surely, food inspectors must monitor such establishments to prevent any public health risks. Rangoli Indian Restaurant exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The staff made sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our visit.

The food was absolutely incredible. Every dish was bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors that made it clear they take great care in selecting their ingredients and crafting their meals. The seasoning was perfectly balanced, allowing us to truly savor the authentic Indian spices and flavors. Whether you’re a fan of mild dishes or something with a kick, their menu has something for everyone.

The restaurant itself was equally impressive. The atmosphere was inviting, with a tasteful and elegant design that made the dining experience feel extra special. It was spotlessly clean, which only added to our comfort and confidence in choosing this place.

Bonus: ♿️ Accessibility is no issue here as it’s located on the ground floor, making it easy for everyone to enter and exit the store.

I highly recommend Rangoli to anyone looking for an unforgettable meal, whether you’re new to Indian cuisine or a longtime fan. It’s the kind of place that leaves you already planning your next visit before you’ve even left. Truly a gem of a restaurant!

Overall Dining Experience...

We recently had our wedding catered by Ringoli and I can't express how amazing they were from start to finish. They were thorough, responsive, experienced, friendly, and just incredible in every aspect. My wife and I planned our wedding ourselves and did not have a day of coordinator. There were so many things that we did not even think of in regard to the planning phase that Kumar guided us through. He asked the right questions, did his due diligence, and resolved several issues that popped up throughout the event so that we could enjoy the wedding. All of this and I haven't even gotten to the food which was absolutely incredible. We had guests whom never had Indian food before, and we also had guests whom grew up on it. Both groups would not stop telling me and texting me how much they loved the food. The chicken 65 in particular was a crowd favorite. I can't recommend them enough. They were very thorough, accommodating ( our wedding was in Davis, WV which is 2.5 hrs away from them) , and went above and beyond to help us in any way they could. They helped us with things that we were planning on doing ourselves, but they went out of their way to do it for us. Everyone, especially Kumar, who we interacted with was extremely friendly and professional. You will not regret getting your event catered by Ringoli, and ours would have been a lot less special...
