Riverside Cycle - MBTS — Local services in Manchester-by-the-Sea

A colleague of mine talked me into getting back into mountain biking and after a lot of online research I decided to make my first bike purchase in over 20 years. I chose Seaside Cycle because it was close to my house and it had a perfect rating in online reviews. I now know why. After entering the store I was immediately greeted by the owner Scott who was all smiles and nothing but helpful in every way. He talked to me about the bike I was interested in purchasing and helped me order the bike, pedals and a helmet. He even took the time to show me a cool app he uses for his rides and talked to me about the local trails around where I live to get me started. He also invited me to come out with them on their weekly ride on Thursday night rides once I get back into it. I’ll have to pick up sufficient lighting but I plan on taking him up on the offer. I’m really excited about my new bike and I would highly recommend anyone in the area to stop in and see Scott and his team if you are in the market for a new bike and looking for a friendly and knowledgeable experience. 5 Stars all the way!...

These guys were great! Local bike shop, and offers a great price for bike rentals! I got their hybrid road bike, and man.. it was fantastic. Was able to cruise around Essex county for a day for $35.00! They give you a flat repair kit, too. Honestly, if you're looking for the real deal when coming to Cape Ann, come here. Whether it's for leisure, exercise, exploring, or whatever you need a bike for....this place will hook you up! Tons of supplies and gear, too at a reasonable price.

This shop is THE BEST- clean (with special care to keep safe during the pandemic), friendly staff, efficient service. Trey is incredible, he listened to what we needed and took time to talk through what my son might need going forward. He literally made my son's month and he hasn't gotten off his bike since getting it except to eat and sleep. We are in the market for new bikes for my husband and I now and so I will certainly be heading back. What an exceptional experience- thank you Trey and Seaside Cycle and...
