I have been visiting Bravo since I moved to NorthS Shore in 2018. I liked the place. Today, as a senior, and as always, I ordered my favorite pizza and the wonderful you cashier told me that in 10 min my food will be brought up to me and pointed out me to sit in their sitting area as I have always did. A waitress came and said: this is a full service area and I needed to move because they are busy! I said, I am a regular and always ordered in waited in their sitting area. She then told me it is fine! 4 min late a man called Mike came and rudely shouted "you can't sit here move there!!!" pointing to a 2 table and few seats outside Bravo facing sitting area. I did not want to make a big deal out of it but he then sat a couple (white and that was not the issue) who clearly were uncomfortable about how he shouted at me. Folks! I am not playing the victim here but THIS IS WRONG! I spoke to Nick the co owner and manager who recognized me as a regular. I hope he does the RIGHT thing to train the mr Mike (rude or perhaps little more than rude) to that ALL customers with RESPECT. I am not sure I will be back not recommend this place. It takes a bad experience sometimes to write...
Read moreIf you have food allergies I would highly recommend that you DO NOT EAT at Bravo By The Sea! My first time at this restaurant and I witnesses the person making pizza neither change his gloves nor wash his hands after handling seafood and then making my pizza. When they delivered my pizza without any knowledge of their cross contamination I had them make my pizza again, which was eventually delivered to me undercooked. When I complained about the lack of protocol for persons with allergies the Manager/Owner remarked, "Its ok we caught it", which of course they did not...I caught the mistake. The Manager/Owner then tried to excuse the behavior by telling me, "we are in training". Scary that Bravo was perfectly willing to let me leave with a pizza that had been cross contaminated with an ingredient that I informed the waitperson upon ordering was a severe allergy for me. Lessen learn...you have to be your own advocate at...
Read moreI can’t wait to come back here! First, the restaurant is conveniently located right in front of the Manchester train station. I was visiting Singing Beach and was starving, so I was very happy I didn’t need to look far for food.
I was served by the lovely Eileen and Sari who were so kind and patient with me as I was choosing what to order. They had great recommendations for me. I ordered 1/2 VPP (substituted pepperoni with artichoke based on Eileen’s and Sari’s recommendations) and 1/2 four cheese with grilled chicken pizza.
I loved the artichokes on the VPP pizza! You have to try it. I also loved the four cheese with chicken. Although I’m not normally a fan of thin crust pizza — this pizza was exceptional. The pizza was also very filling. To say I’m excited to come back and visit would be an understatement.
If you end up going and see Eileen and Sari, please send...
