Extremely not worth living in this development. Sounds good , looks good but at the end of the day Management will try to control your life and the residents for the majority of them are very rude . Inconsiderate individuals that have nothing better to do but talk smack about each other . Especially on Winthrop Place , Management went as far as stealing mailboxes to try and stop mail being delivered ( which violates the United States postal code title 18 section 1705 and/or 1701 ) to a certain home were the individuals were going through probate procedures where a unfortunate and unforseen situation occured . Management could have saved face and resolved that matter between the estate and current occupant which mind you was legally put on the HOA residents list prior to the passing of the home owner . The estranged family of his ex-wife (legally divorced) have stepped in demanding things on a very suspicious and sneaky way of conducting proper business with accusations and complete lies . There was not a will or living will given these horrible people the control by home owner before his passing .
Greed is what I'm seeing after hearing how things are being handled with the current occupant the estranged family and management. Harassment and threats are being conducted on a daily basis by said individuals to the current occupant. Bottom line stay away from this commune as what some refer this horrendous horrible development is dubbed .
The cult on the cul-de-sac is a better politicaly correct term for these...

Which was great, since we forgot to get a loaf for our company for that night's dinner. How can you serve Italian food without Italian bread? So, it worked out great for us. Coffee, Italian bread, and the table at the...
