University Urology Associates of New Jersey - Whiting (UUANJ) — Local services in Manchester Township

Very disappointed on my first visit. Not everyone knows what to expect going to a specialist office, if you are required to leave a urine sample, specify this when the appt is made for a new patient. How am i to know they wouldn’t send me to a lab if need be? When I expressed this to Roxanne, she gave a nasty attitude and remark back. Told Dr Rosario this and not only did she defend her staff, she went out there during my visit to confront her and told her not to worry about it as if I was the issue. I went in with my wife, who stood at the open door and listened to this happen. Absolutely shocking. A cream was sent in to a compound pharmacy, yet they didn’t send my insurance information. Now this compound pharmacy expected me to text them pictures of my insurance card. Not safe nor do I feel my rights would be cared for to text. This isn’t something new. When you send someone to a compound pharmacy, a new patient information sheet should go with it, not just a script. So now i have to call them and see if they’ll fax it over or the script was pointless bc I’m not paying $63 when I can pay nothing. Maybe i need to find another specialist office that will put patient satisfaction before their staffs attitude and care more about a patients privacy when dealing with health issues. I do not feel like i was taken care of at this office accordingly. Maybe it was a bad day for them, I’m unsure but I’m certainly unhappy. Hello, I have been a patient of University Urology for 7 months now. Specifically for Doctor Rosario, who is very pleasant, informative, caring, and has answered ALL my questions and concerns. I have been to 3 of their different locations and i can HONESTLY say that, from the young lady that answers their phone from their main office location to each and every one of the nirses, assistants. and all the staff I have had the pleasure to interact with, i appreciate ALL of them.
