We've had our King Refresh mattress for 4 months and it is very comfortable. The wool top is very soft. The dual adjustments are perfect for two different sleepers. The lowest setting is still fairly firm (6/10), so don't expect soft.

Almost ZERO customer support or response on any of the issues listed below is the reason this review rating is low. You'll get an email from the CEO saying thanks for the $$$ and that's about it. The purchase and delivery experience leaves much to be desired. For a mattress this expensive, things should be flawless. - Delivery was not across the threshold. The delivery guy dropped it to the garage. And they wanted an extra $150 to deliver it to the bedroom (2nd floor for us). No sheets were delivered with the mattress as indicated on the invoice. Since quality control was poor at the factory, I had to inquire about it. They sent me high thread count, but poor quality sheets that feel like cardboard from Amazon. If you use their Affirm financing, expect to pay near the delivery time. I had the mattress 5 days and a payment was due.

Our mattress is under warranty and has broken parts. They have sent us through the ringer for months, asking the same questions repeatedly and refusing to send all of the parts that are broken. Also initially tried to charge us hundreds of dollars in shipping to send a plastic tube across the state of VT. EXTREMELY RUDE AND NON-FUNCTIONING CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have also refused to send the name and number of a manager so I can try to get the issue resolved. I would give zero...
