There's no need to look any further - I already did the leg work for you by reviewing other company reviews and outreaching to other companies to ensure the right spot for my embroidery needs. After speaking with TK (the owner) in regards to fixing embroidery on a bathrobe that was poorly done elsewhere, it was obvious that this was the spot to go to. After the work was done, my expectations were surpassed on a customer service and quality standpoint. In addition, many options to fix my problem were presented, which confirms the creative, innovative, out of the box service that this company offers, which I didn't get during my other calls when I was deciding which company to use. They stand behind their work and are a true wholesome local family company, which is hard to come by now-a-days. I even brought a second item to them, a few weeks after the first item. Very large new area to walk around within the store, large classrooms with way more to see. If you have visited them back before November 2019 than you need to come and revisit. So much has changed, more visible signs from the road and easily accessible from either exit from the highway. More room to walk around the shop even if there is a large crowd or class going on. Very pleasant and helpful even for the first time visitor or from out of state and treated like a long time customer. Also just signed up for the next shop hop in April which is the Gift Certificate Hop. They are a lot of fun especially with a group, we make a day of it and stop to have lunches in between shops. Simply the best! Walked in to have my son’s sweatshirt embroidered, thinking we could have it in a few days. TK had it designed and embroidered within 20 minutes for only $10! Also, I had inquired about a particular fabric back in December. Diane didn’t have it, but liked it and ordered it for me (and her shop ❤️). As soon as I walked in with my son today, she greeted me with a with a big smile and said, ‘Your fabric is in’! I could t believe she remembered me!
