Absolutely horrible. I never leave reviews after a bad experience because I don’t want to ruin a business’s credit, so the fact that I’m writing this says a lot. This process overall was absolutely terrible. As a woman, I can say I’m lucky to have never been gaslit and manipulated by a man before until now. Keith was exceptionally rude and condescending. Will NEVER use this place again. Customer service skills on behalf of Keith need some serious work. The rest of the employees out front were great, but Keith had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We have worked with Redbrick Clothing for many years at this point. Keith and everyone from Redbrick is always a pleasure to work with. We are a cosmetology school located in NH and it's wonderful having the online store for our students to purchase their uniforms. Redbrick also gave us a size run so our students can make sure that they order the correct size shirt! We used to have to house our uniforms in stock, in every size. The entire staff at Red Brick Clothing is fantastic, pleasant and professional. Their products are durable, embroidery designs have always been perfect. We have had our company clothing embroidered with them for 20+ years starting in Hudson, NH. Now, I, for one was sad they moved to Manchester, NH, but I wouldn’t trust any other company to take care of our employees clothing. If you haven’t been to their business- you should know they are the best and their showroom is beautiful.
