Walmart — Local services in Manchester

We visited the Wal-Mart location : Manchester,Ky. We used the online purchase & Pick-Up services for an order we placed On-Line. We found we had to download the Wal-Mart App. Because its how you check in & notify ur intents to pick up after the app notify you your order is together and ready for pick up . It sounds a bit intimidating but it wasn't ( for those out there like us fighting the changing world :-( ).... HOWEVER , the "Check-In" step (once you've parked in a designated spot) wasn't working on the App. We went inside and customer service said everybody just calls the number on the sign posted in the parking spots . which indicated/ s that step hasn't worked for a period of time .

Still , it was an acceptable first experience for us , not to bad at all . We would definately rank a 5/5 because it was much smoother than we expected .. Just remember to just go ahead and call the number posted on the sign posted in the designated pick up spots when...

Very congested & most people are not wearing masks, but service people were helpful answering my questions. May I suggest to Walmart Merchandise Dept, to offer in Store more Solar Powered EVERYTHING on your Electronics, Household & Camping areas. With more & more people traveling & still needing to keep distance, it is important to offer all the products one would need with Solar Options. I could only find a flashlight that was Solar powered in Store.

How about Battery Banks, even if you must sell the panels as well... Battery Power Banks, Lights Cooking options: Blender, Cooktop, Chopper, etc... Powerful, not flimsy, Solar Generators Flashlights Hair dryers, Fridge, Radios, Alarms, Fans, Coffee maker WATER...

The store is great and recently upgraded to make things more easy and fast but on the day that Manchester was busy with school enrollment they only had two lanes open and lines of customer's backed all the way to the lawn and garden department before they would open another register this is just unnecessary and uncalled. For Walmart should hold keep up the reputation of fast and simple but no not in this town always slow and they say let them wait well people have life's and I know what time my daughter and I stood in line we could have drove to London and got what we was waiting to buy and been on the parkway back before we got to the register come on Walmart y'all can do better that why I had to...
