First, I just want to say that my tattoo turned out great. Devin really did a good job. The receptionists on the phone and by email were super helpful. I was able to get an appt on the day I wanted, which was nice because I only have so many days off. Their facebook page is great because you can see work from all the artists and choose which one best fits your style. Now the bad: I had emailed the staff 3 weeks ahead of time with my design and a picture and description of how big I wanted it and where. When I got there I had to show them all over again, and it took an 1 hr and 20 minutes before I even sat down in a chair. The design I sent was already almost complete, just one minor tweek to it was all I needed. Then, right before I sat down in the chair I was told that my original quote of $450 was not accurate and that it might be $600 or more. I was not happy about this. He said he wasn't the one that did the quote so I asked him who did. He said he didn't know. So, if you're going to get a tattoo here, make SURE you get a quote from the actual tattoo artist. I told him I'm not paying over $600, which he did stick to. One last gripe, I also sent in a pic by email of a small ring finger tattoo that I wanted redone because someone at Alchemist screwed it up royally. The person that responded said it should be no problem for Devin to fix the tattoo. Seriously, it's tiny so it shouldn't have been a big deal. He takes a look at it and tells me theres no way to fix it. WHAT? I already asked in advance and was told yes, it could be fixed. To summarize: Tattoo is awesome, I love it. It took almost 1 1/2 hrs to get in the chair because artist was not prepared, my tattoo when $150 over quote because my tattoo artist wasn't the one giving the quote, and I was told my other very simple tattoo could be fixed, but then artist said there's no way to fix (there is, I draw it in with a sharpie...

I have been going to dolls since I was 13. Got my first piercing there and have continued to see only Hunter for any piercings I want. I was came her for my first tattoo and Devin did an amazing job with my memorial tattoo. Recently I had a piece done by Cody and I am very disappointed with it. When I showed up for my appointment he had done no art work had nothing set up and didn’t even know what I was getting. I gave him basically artistic freedom with it which is every tattoo artist dream and he gave me a copy and paste tattoo. Took the art work from another artist and tattooed it on my leg. When I went in for my second session he got mad at me because “I changed the design”. My appointment was at 11 and I didn’t even get into the chair until almost 3 o’clock. When we did finally get started, he make multiple comments about how my butt check was twitching involuntary. The session was supposed to be an all day session. I was in the chair for an hour before he was done. He didn’t want to finish because he was in a hurry to leave. I now have to go to another artist to have my tattoo fixed and finished!! I will not recommend him to anyone due to the lack of mannerism, professional, and respect. And I would also like to add that my tattoo looks like to completely different tattoos...

Let's start with saying when you call to schedule you're greeted by the most pleasant hello on the phone! The name i heard was Andy! I set an appointment for a date I shouldn't have which is my own fault. They happily rescheduled me for a later date with no issues. Andy gave me a courtesy call a week prior too my appointment and made sure it was going too work this person went above and beyond too help me out. After I finally make it in I was greater by a few people whom I'm sure where smiling but I couldn't tell due to the masks thanks too the Covid issue. But my Artist Dan and I wish there was a way too tell this dude every single day how amazing of an artist he is. This man has imagination and skill that is unmatched. He took his time too make sure I was comfortable and loved the outcome of his work. All in all this crew is amazing and is the only team that will have my business when it comes...
