BUY FROM ANOTHER RETAILER. If I could give zero stars I would. It’s unfortunate to have to say that on the review but considering the customer service I received when I contacted them about receiving the item. It’s a barely red maroon item that shows as ‘Maroon’ on the site. The site shows a vibrant color which I understand can be a little off in person. This shirt was barely even red. When I went to return the item via chat the chat didn’t work so I used the chat window to send a message and attach a photo as it requested me to do. Dave let me know that he did not receive a photo even though I uploaded one and that wasn’t even the issue. The biggest issue being his attitude and lack of customer service in this scenario. “The customer is always right” was never an option in this situation and it’s very disappointing Considering the emails back-and-forth and the money spent on shipping and item that I never wanted or would’ve bought in the first place. I have trained employees and done quality assurance for over five years with an outdoor retailer known for its award winning customer service and I hope that they understand that this kind of customer service will not allow them to grow in any...

Horrible customer service. I bought a shirt , paid for shirt and shipping. It's a defective shirt and was misstagged or miss marked because it fits like a medium not a large like all other shirts. David the owner took the return back, offered no exchange. David said I would get a full refund which was not true as he gave me a partial refund and kept the $3.00 for sending out a defective shirt. Bought from him on eBay. Found the same shirt on Amazon $5.00 cheaper, free shipping and the shirt fits and not defective like the one he sent out to me. David Klein has zero customer service as I've bought many things in the past but once you have a problem he doesn't know how to take care of the customer or make it right. Highly recommended if you want to be completely ignored. Correction we were greeted at the door by a black dog. Nobody there and we were walking around trying to find what we were looking for and never saw anybody. Go to the other end of the store and there stands a guy behind the counter on his Phone or Ipad. Didn’t say anything until we said hi and all we got back was a hi. Apparently customer service of any kind is not a service they care for. So instead of spending money on acc. we were looking for we just left. It would probably been to much for him to check us out so we saved him the trouble. They sell on line to but based on our experience I would urge everyone to check other sites first. Try to find someone that actually cares...
