Terribly rude staff, The blonde woman in the front acts as if she always has something to prove, One example I went up there to sell some scrap gold and she gave me a good price however when I asked what the weight was in grams so I could compare it to what its actually worth and double check, she said "We don't weigh in grams, we use penny weight. You know, like dwits." First off, its not "dwits" its D-W-T, regardless of whether or not its plural. One unit in penny weight is one D-W-T, and ten units in penny weight is ten D-W-T. Not "dwits". Second off, sure the price they gave me was subjectively good, but the condescending tone of voice and her demeanor made me feel as if she believes she's better than the average customer just because of the side of the counter she was on. I don't recommend any self respecting individual doing business at this establishment until they get the staffs ego in check, and fix the attitude problem. Another issue i've had with these people, I had the intention of selling a watch one day, a watch which MSRP value is $17,000 retails for $14,000, the used value is about $7,000, and I would've been happy with around $2,000. when I went in to ask if they where interested in buying a watch, the same blonde woman with the attitude problems said to me "we aren't buying watches at the moment" and when I went to say thank you and be on my day she caught me before I walked out and said "yes we buy watches but they have to be gold. And I take it yours isn't." mind you i haven't told this lady what kind of watch i had, nor tell her the value of it, but i certainly wasn't going to do business with them after she had said that in such a holier-than-thou tone of voice.
