Do not move to this place it's a nightmare!!! I bought a moblie home from clayton and moved it to this park. I was told they would give you a 3 or 5 year contract depending on what you wanted but, the first contract would be only for one years since we hot a promotion. I started off at 399+ utilities for the first year it wasn't to bad and I couldn't afford that. When my lease was up I went in to renew it and asked for a 5 year lease to lock in my rate, they said they only do yearly. 😲 so every year my lease has gone up 200 dollars I am paying more on the lot rent then my actually mortgage. This place is a rip off they go extremely high every year. For 2 grand a month I could have gotten a house instead. This place constantly changes management. The pipeline system is so old you get charged anywhere from 100-300 dollars just on the water bill alone. They do not allow you to have more then 2 visitor, and if you have kids they will not allow them to have bikes, swings nor pool in your own spaces area. People constantly complain about break ins. I could go on and on about this place. I hate this place so much I can't wait to leave this hell hole. By the way tent is due today and the office is closed, guess I'll have to pay late fee because they decide the hours they...

My family and I have lived here for a year. When we first moved in, the fridge was broken and it stunk up the whole apartment, that should have been our first warning but we were in need of a place desperately. The cupboards were peeling off and some of the cupboard doors were broken. Bathroom doors doesn’t close or lock at all. Our current situation is with our microwave not working. It’s been two weeks now I called the office they said they’ll send someone. The person never came. Still the microwave doesn’t work. There’s a leakage under the carpet in one of the rooms that is stinking up the whole room no matter how hard I try to dry it, it is still wet, it’s been a week now and it’s been that way and it’s also like that in the living room. Literally this is a hellhole. I’ll never recommend anyone here and I’m laying down everyday in this stinky wet carpet room. Maintenance isn’t doing anything about it. I’ll be emailing corporate soon too. Don’t be a fool and move here, you’ll regret it...

My mom has been living at Oak Crest for 6 years and finally decided to purchase a trailer. A year 1/2 into her purchase the leasing office put a notice saying she owes a late fee from 3 years ago.

She was never made aware of any late fee notice until 3 years into her mortgage. Of course which accumulated tons of late fees from one late fee. She’s elderly in her 60s, always used money to pay rent, water etc.

The first notice Oak Crest decided to give her was over a thousand dollars. She reached out to leasing office, wrote letters to corporate but never gotten a returned call back but receives eviction notices and a higher late fee every month.

She is unaware where the charge came from and willing to pay the first late fee due to Oak Crest not properly notifying her.

If anyone else is going through this please leave additional comments so we all can come together as a community, and look into internal resources to address...
