Terrible!!! Notes on the cart saying it’s been sanitized and to give to cashier when you use it so it can be cleaned when you leave, what a joke. Customers ignore the note, use the cart, then put it back with the note saying it’s been sanitized. Employees don’t even bother cleaning them but the note is still there so anyone coming in thinks the cart is sanitized, when it’s been used by others all day long with no cleaning.

I asked at the front counter to plug in something I wanted to buy to make sure it works. The worker said, “Ma’am you do realize this is a junk store right? Mansfield Goodwill is one of my favorite thrift shops, I do like wellsboro but Mansfield is more put together, they make sure that clothes do not have stains or tears in them or rips, they pay attention to the recalls on the clothing so you Don't buy clothes that will harm you or somebody else. Loved this location. Extremely clean. Extremely kind help. Great 50% sales. I found so much! I even found a huge dog crate for my friend up north! Paid for it and picked it up the next day! So happy they allowed this. I even picked up some brand new decor I saw the day before!
