I went on Saturday June 1. Brittany was my "stylist" For some history this was the third time I had seen her so she knows my hair and knows what it can handle. I went for a simple balayage and toner and I was there for 4.5 hours!!!! Brittany kept forgetting about me, if you know how important it is to not over bleach you know this is a no no. My hair is completely damaged beyond repair. It is brittle and breaking, I wasn't sure how much until I got enough courage on Sunday to see, my whole back of head is so short I can't put it in a pony tail anymore. This is not how my hair was before I saw her. She then rushed my wash and got upset with me when I asked her how much longer. Brittany damaged it so much that she couldn't even blow dry it and proceeded to blame my hair care regimen of olaplex as the issue. I can't even go to another salon to fix it because of the damage and breakage. I hope the other ppl who where more important then me are happy with there service as she kept leaving me to work properly on there hair. I expressed my dissatisfaction in the text they sent me to follow up but no one got back to me.

Edit to reply: All lies, we didn't discuss anything nor do I wear my hair up to cause stress...my hair was fried because of the negligence and was breaking that now the ONLY thing to do is cut it ALL off. Your right I won't be going there anymore and will continue to speak the truth. Unlike you, spreading lies and making it so it was the clients fault instead of owning up to leaving me unattended because your Mother in law, and family members were more important than me. LOVE how you had them leave reviews RIGHT after mine..nice touch.
