All I can say is WOW!!!! From the bidding process to the finished product, Abner and Luxury Palapas are far superior to anybody else. Abner met us on a Sunday morning, after rearranging his schedule to accommodate us. Once we discissed design, layout, etc, Abner gave us a price and left with a signed contract and a deposit. His crew started when he said they would, and finished on time despite the weather not cooperating. We even threw a design change/addition at him after the start of the project and he handled it beautifully! He and his crew were professional, efficient, and kept the jobsite clean at the end of every day. The end result is a show stopping palapa that gives us a little piece of paradise in our own backyard! We are very happy with Luxury Palapas and will recommend Abner and his crew to anyone that asks. We would definitely use Luxury Palapas again without any hesitation.

Just an update: We had Abner and his crew come out last November to make an addition to our palapa so we could have some shade over our pool. They did another FANTASTIC JOB on the addition. It looks like it was built all at one time! It's absolutely stunning! We appreciate the craftsmanship he and his crew put into the job. I'll always use these guys aa the work is amazing! We lost our palapa due to a tornado. After researching palapa companies, I saw Luxury Palapas and read their reviews. No one had a negative remark. I agree that they are the only palapa company you should use if you want professionalism, friendliness, and quality. I spoke/texted with Abner, who was nothing short of amazing. He cares about your budget and will work with you. He also tore down my existing palapa. He temporarily left the poles so no one would stumble in the holes before the new one could be built. The new palapa is beautiful and well made. The wood on the bar is absolutely beautiful. I also got artificial leaves, which were not much more than natural. It will last for 20 years. Natural has to be replaced about every 5 years, so you incur extra costs. All of my conversations with Abner were very pleasant. He follows up by text or phone quickly and has terrific customer service. If you have a concern, he will handle it quickly. He values his company, employees, customers, and quality of their work. I recently had an injury that made me temporarily disabled, and I could not drive. I contacted the business through Facebook Marketplace and asked for assistance getting a Christmas Tree. They walked me through the different types and prices, and I chose the Balsam Fir 5-6 ft. Being homebound, I depended on them to select an excellent tree for me and deliver it. I was so happy. They selected a beautiful tree and delivered it to me for a small fee. They even set it up for me upon arrival.
