Five Star Car Audio — Local services in Maple Heights

Came here because I heard good reviews when googling the shop. This is the second time I've had a bad experience with the Maple Heights location though. The first time I came in was to ask if they had a certain pioneer radio in stock and was given a pretty blunt "no" by an older middle eastern man (didn't get his name) and got nothing but a shaken head when I asked if he knew where else I might find it.

The second time was me coming in to get an amp kit and I got a stinger amp kit after the man at the desk (different guy this time. white guy maybe in his mid to late 20s) asked me was I familiar with the brand. I said no, he said it was a good brand and charged me about $80. I got around to opening the pack a couple days later and the wires felt thin and cheap so I look up the kit I got and it sold for $17-20 online.

Fortunately I still have my receipt so no huge loss but I'd just be wary if you're planning on getting anything from here since I've yet to have a good...

Went to get my mtx terminator sub withs amp installed ended up going back 4 times because the installer broke my seatbelt and because the subs worked for 3 hours then turned off on top of that the installer was smoking in my vehicle and had the manager call my personal cell to ask me to bring it back after going back the second time the subs still didnt work so i went back a third time too have the same installer fix the subs to then leave out the lot with a check engine light come to find out my throttle wire was cleanly cut causing my gas pedal and throttle sensor to break and no other wire was touched ended up paying over 1400 dollars just for me to have sounds in my car, would not recommend going...
