We had an order of primer trim boards which had heavy overlap marks and patches that needed to be sanded and reprimed prior to install. This took quite a bit of extra labor; the employees were quick to be on defense and had a very unpromising tone about looking at the material and whether they would even send it back to the manufacturer.
