Manager was a B_____! 3 day sale price was not available on scanned Classico spaghetti sauce, and required someone to check. So I used my Huntington credit card. The machine asked if I wanted cash back. I requested NONE, which the machine didn't accept. Even the cashier tried to hit the button. The manager got involved and she reported my card was declined because the card was used 3xs and I entered the wrong password. I never entered a password!! She accused me of FRAUD saying I tried to use a card that was no good. Then with her vehement voice asked me for a valid credit card, It wasn't my fault your machine didn't work!!! My card is perfectly good , YOUR MACHINE WAS NOT WORKING. I DONT APPRECIATE YOUR EMPLOYEE ACCUSING ME OF USING A CARD THAT WAS NO GOOD. I HOPE I NEVER SEE HER AGAIN...

I think that it is great that you start in produce. Nice to not have to walk by the special isle every time you enter. Popcorn stand seems ridiculous to me. Checkout is a nightmare if you are forced to use the automated register lanes. Food Lion does the automated checkout very well. This system is always telling you that youissed something and to wait for a cashier. I had 34items and it annoys me such that I counted the number of times it had an issue with the scanned item.out of 34 the cashier had to come over and reset the scanner 7 times.
