"I brought my 2018 Fatboy Anniversary in for its 1K service and Lance was able to fit me and address a concern that I had. Being that it was Demo Days the Saturday I showed up with my bike I was greatly impressed that Lance got my bike serviced, wiped down and back to me in couple of hours!! That gave me time to test ride three 2018 Softtails while I waited and confirmed the issues I thought I had with my bike was me being a snowflake (too sensitive!) " I don't think I've ever had such a pleasant buying experience as my recent bike purchase! Everyone of the staff that were part of my buying journey was friendly, helpful, respectful and above all made me feel like a valued person!! I started with Too Tuff Tommy who remembered me buying a Fatboy in 2018 from him and then new salesman, Chris Clemens, got to working on my new request for a 2021 Road King Special. He answer questions, did research and always got back to me. The whole process took 3 days, which was because I wanted to make sure I really wanted to trade-in my bike, 2014 Street Glide Special. When I pointed out a new finance sale that was coming out, Sabastyon, in finance, and Chris made sure I got it along with their current promotion. Paul Johnson looked over my trade, had nice things to say about my bike and also remembered me from the Fatboy purchase! Even the GM, Jeff, stopped by when I was first looking at Road King Special to let me know that color of bike was a rogue color not offered by Harley on the website. I later found out the color is only offered as a color for the International market, but some US dealerships had gotten bikes in this color (Black Jack Metallic). Jeff was very kind and he too also remembered my name, nothing like being treated like family! I was also given a complementary t-shirt, which Brooke Hertez helped me pick out and was so nice about folding and unfolding shirts so I could see both sides of the shirt. If you've every worked clothing retail you fold shirts hundreds of times so to me the fact she did this without hesitation was great! Sam Davanzo, in Service went over the bike with me, even though I've been riding for years, he still said a few things that I found helpful. He was very nice and could have just as easily ask me sign the paper since I wasn't brand new rider. Instead he took his time and answered my questions and made sure he covered the whole bike. Overall, I was very happy with how the whole deal process went. I got everything I requested and felt respected the whole way through. Everyone did an outstanding job! It was so nice to have such a pleasant experience without any pressure what so ever! I'm very thankful that both the Tucson Harley store and the Old Pueblo store have great people working there, it's always a pleasure to stop by for a visit!" 7/20/22 Well I did it again!! I've bought another bike from Tucson HD!! Why, because I've always gotten great treatment there and this time was no different! Many of the same folks that were part of my 2021 RKS purchase were there again for my new, to me, 2015 Breakout purchase. I was able to test ride a couple of model years of the Breakout before hand and had good conversations with Nick, my salesman concerning each bike. He was very knowledgeable and pointed a number of points between the different bikes I was looking at. I found this very helpful in coming to a final decision on which bike I wanted. Now I have a big smile every time I throw a leg over my Breakout! Here an after the sale update. There was a small, but what I thought was an important issue about a fuel management tuner that came up about 2 weeks after I bought the 2015 Breakout. I called Chris the Sales Supervisor spoke to him about my concerns of what I was told about the bike and the fuel management tuner. I had become frustrated trying to find a Harley Dealership in Maricopa County and Phoenix proper that work me on my trade. I had almost given up. None of the local dealerships would accept my 2003 Big Dog MC on trade. I decided to try Tucson Harley and was greeted by "JC" on the phone. I explained my frustration to him and he offered to get me the best trade possible. This was already more than any other Harley dealership had offered me and we began exploring models that would fit my riding needs. I had many questions and concerns. I called him a lot over the course of two days but he was patient and professional throughout. JC helped me find exactly the best ride for the money and offered me a fair trade on my Big Dog. Tucson Harley even came to Phoenix to pick up my Big Dog so my wife and I could come together to the dealership to close the deal. With JC's help I decided on a used 2018 FLHX Streetglide with only 890 miles and some extra options I hadn't planned on! We got all the details for the purchase done on the phone. JC never pushed to "up sale" me and he was genuinely concerned about finding me the model that would fit my budget and give me the most bike for the money. Read moreI am ecstatic! I went to your dealership for an oil change. When the service was completed, Andy from the service department, conducted a walk-around my bike and noticed pealed paint from one of my bag covers. He asked me what had happened and I told him how I had unsuccessfully tried to resolve the warranty issue with another dealership a couple of years back and how unhappy I was with that experience. I figured it was a lost cause and that the experience had left a bad memory with that dealership and Harley that I would soon not forget. Andy explained a program that they run, that is meant to help customers in situations that I found myself in and that he may be able to help. He said that he may be able to replace the faulty lid and that I would only pay for the labor cost. Without getting my hopes up, I agreed with Andy to move forward with the request. A few weeks later, I received a call from Andy, letting me know that the lid had arrived. I immediately took my bike in for service. I returned at the end of the day and saw a brand new lid on my bike! Let me explain this, I own a CVO and the paint on the lids, are extremely difficult to match. To my surprise, the paint matched. For three years, every time I would mount my bike, I would see the pealing paint on that lid which would remind me of that bad experience. I now proudly mount that bike and see clean undisturbed paint!
