I do not recommend going to this place. The guys in the yard were cool but the staff in the office were total jerks. The head buyer talked to me as briefly as he could. He acted like I was a bother to even be in his lobby. He was not helpful and basically robbed me. The man grading and scaling me out never spoke to me. Or even made an effort to try and listen to what I was saying. I spent a lot of time sorting and separating the load that I took in .I took a premium load of non ferrous stainless steel...electric motors......all clean ...1100 lbs. separate on the trailer....plastic free...and he gave me half of the going rate .....he paid me less than even the lowest end of any price table I looked at. ......but when I tried to talk to him he sat the check down and disappeared... These people are crooks....don't go here. ...

When you call and ask why they don't finish working on the customers in the yard before closing the guy that was there was coming up with excuses and wouldn't answer my question! All sections should be at there stations if people are in the scrap yard before 5 to make sure they are unloaded! They have been great...

My husband took in a Subzero refrigerator built in 1974, as everyone knows items built then weigh a lot more than today because they were built better with more metal and less plastic. I looked up the weight of a new Subzero like we took in and Subzero's website reflected the new one ways 532 pounds!! They claimed that the one we took in weighed only 260 pounds, 1/2 of today's - absolutely no way. It was almost impossible for my husband and I to get it in the back the truck, it weighed a lot more than a heavy person!!! There NO way this only weighed 260 lbs!!!!!! Crooks! Be aware of the weight of your items before...
