My Dad went to the wound clinic the morning. As soon as we pulled up to the door, Rex was right there and took out Dad’s walker for him and was kind enough to park our car. He let us know about the free coffee if we had the time. It was so helpful upon our departure when he retrieved our car, put his walker in the back so we could be on our way.
We love the ambiance that Compass Memorial presents the moment we walk in. The greeter’s smile is so warm and welcoming. All the registration ladies are so efficient and friendly. We were led in the wound clinic room where Bridgette greeted us warmly. Stacie from Dr. Kusner’s office had told us that Bridgette was outstanding during her career at the University Hospital and that she really knows her stuff. She also raved about Compass Memorial. Dad has had wonderful care here in the ER but this was our first time at the wound clinic. Nurse Bridgette is very efficient, compassionate and knowledgeable. She explains wound care visually, as she is doing it and makes it is step-by-step. Dr. Miller is clear and concise. We appreciate his care. We look forward to our future care for my Dad’s Venous Stasis with your clinic.

Read moreI have NEVER been talked to or treated so badly at a "Hospital" in my life!!! Went in for possible broken ribs, the xray tech took pics and told me to wait in the waiting room them came out and told me nothing was wrong and to take Tylenol. Didn't even see a real Dr!!! Drove to a REAL hospital and they redid the xray and found 2 fractures and actually treated me for them and with respect. I wouldn't take my worst enemy to this quack place!!! If i had my choice between dying and going back to this place... I'd rather die!!! I'm pretty sure that the higher star ratings on here are from the people that work there. This place is filled work nothing but quacks!!! And i just heard about a lot of law suits against this place... contacting my lawyer about...
Read moreWas brought here after I was in a car accident. I told them my head was hurting, the light hurt my eyes, and that I was gonna throw up. They never checked me for a concussion. I injured my back with a compression and they said they didn't have the specific brace in stock so they just made me walk out without one. The nurse said if I call a medical supplier they would be able to issue me one. I called 6 places and they all said only hospitals stock those. They reffered me for a follow up at a place that doesn't accept my insurance. Now I know the true meaning behind the saying "I wouldn't let my dog go to Marengo Memorial." Also took them a week of me calling back and forth to get my referral and all my information sent over to...
