I couldn’t be more pleased! Vanessa is amazing! Very professional, very attentive to details. Rico needed meds 4 times a day. She made sure that happened and that he was well taken care of. She asked many questions to be as accommodating as possible, i.e. feeding schedule, medication schedule, vet information, likes and dislikes! She kept him for 5 days and sent regular updates & pictures to assure me he was doing well. She was a God send for us!
