Make sure that you are 100% about the purchase. There are no refunds period! I had second thoughts about the purchase and was not able to get a refund even though it wasn’t even delivered yet. So I’m stuck with the sectional I purchased. Will give an update on the product once it arrives.
UPDATE: The sectional arrived today. They arrived an hour after they called. The loaders could have been better with the packages. They were slamming them onto the floor. Reason why this is important is because “YOU” as the buyer is responsible for any issues with the packages. Since you are the person who has to assemble it, any improper assembly of the furniture automatically voids any manufacturer warranty.
My sectional was the B2321-C, B2321-S, and B2321-O. They were made in China so quality is not great. You are also responsible for unboxing and assembly of the sectional. If you screw up they are not liable for it. Assembly was fairly easy for me. None of back support prongs fit correctly. I had to adjust them by hitting them with a hammer. The legs screwed right on.
The quality of the couches in my opinion is mediocre. The fake leather is very easy to cut or rip open even with your fingernails if you tried. None of the Velcro on the back cushions lined up. DO NOT sit on the back rests of the sectional. It’s made of weak wood so it will crack or break. The bottom seat cushions are not removable so if you have kids expect there to be chips, cereal or other small crumbs to fall into the cracks. I’d give the sectional a 4/10 in terms of quality.
Final thoughts. For the amount I paid I could have gotten a better sectional from IKEA or Amazon. I knew this was going to be the case but I was too quick and failed to see the no refund stamp on the receipt. They’re nice people but the product was garbage. They even told me that if I didn’t want it then I could try to sell it on Facebook market. Do not waste your time here. You have better options. To not accept refund is pretty much telling me that you as the seller don’t even back your product or expect 100% customer...
   Read morei had a horrible experience with them. im not going to lie, at first it all was going well. the sales woman was very prompt when sending messages and letting me know about the delivery. the delivery guy was really really nice. however i ordered a dining room set and a 3 piece white sectional. the dining room i had no problems with . however the sectional came with all types of stains on it. so i made them aware of it immediately and was promised it would be taken care of. well im going to post the thread here between me and the sales woman, and yall see how they are trying to play me, but no worries, i wrote the FOX 5 I TEAM about this. the sales woman lied several times with in this conversation. i just paid yall $599 for a brand new sectional and you are going to offer me $50 and tell me the stains are on the back, so it should be a big deal. No sir no maam and going to tell me that you cant take it back because the boxes are gone. if its not that big of a deal, then yall come pick it up and put it on your showroom floor and put the back up against the wall then. im not doing that. and the bad thing about its, im still trying to be nice and say hey i will keep the dining set but not this defective product that was supposed to be brand new. Do not do not do not buy from these guys, but im going to make a very big deal about this because they could do the right thing and give me my money back for the sectional. i even offerd to just get another sectional from them, but at this point. thats not going to work, i hate when a rep tells me oh corporate is going to tell you the same thing. oh really??? well we gone see...

So in the meantime I 'm waiting on my other two pieces to show up and of course they had issues as well I'm still waiting on my replacement legs to show up and that was almost two months ago.
