Horrible service!!! They will sell you junk you don't want without you fully aware of what they are peddling. Service is hit or miss. It will be out for days, or more frequently will be functional whenever you leave for work and lacking service whenever you come home. If they make an appointment, the appointment either will not happen or they will show up 12 hours late. They continue this tardiness with zero notice of their ETA in case they actually need to get into your dwellings and you are away due to their inability to make an appointment and abide by it. They are unable to properly maintain their operations in Louisiana from out of state remotely, their communications between all parties within this entity is poor, and more importantly will not be working whenever you truly need their service to be 9 out of 10 times. Not good, was using for work at the time. First overseas help desk agent not helpful; put me on hold for over 20 min during modem reboot and never got back on call with me. Finally hung up, called back and next call center agent was much better. Identified a system problem right away in area. Still list service for several hours but no issue since. Closely monitoring the reliability, but speed and stability great thus far. Went out during a rainstorm so it’s probably a damaged line but I’m currently on the phone for 45min with my third Pakistani that they outsource for their customer service. Once again they think they can remotely reboot the system and it will magically work. They refuse to send a technician out to physically service or assess the lines and modem OR you have to quit your job and sit at home waiting for one of their 9-5 “technicians” to contact you. Once I hang up I’m gonna google the nearest Zito office and go drop their modem at the front door.
