I would give negative 1 million percent. Stole out deposit, never fixed our trailer rained in our house for a whole year all the windows leak ,never cleaned the place before we moved in. Charged us 2 months rent after we moved. Walls leak are full of mold. And this place is Mishda Approved ( some standards ) a real dump don't ever get any better and your pipes freeze in the winter and you get yelled at by the so called manager cause you asked to get them unfrozen. A horrible life for your family all around living in a tent is better...
