Cannot recommend them enough. Our Samsung dryer stopped drying and they are the only techs nearby that will service Samsung. The tech couldn’t fix the issue on his first visit and did not charge us. Came a second time when we had the part we thought it was, that didn’t work. But he didn’t give up. I waited over a week for service call appointment to have my refrigerator looked at. The morning of my appointment the lady from the office called to tell me they don't work on LG refrigerators.
