Terrible place to rent anything. The original console I had put on hold they gave it to another customer. Went back and got 2 different consoles. I was behind $50 and they made me bring the laptop back even though I was caught up on that bill. I was behind on the other system. They refused to work with me at all on any payments. I was only $80 behind when they took the last conosle. They were also calling every Friday as soon as they opened for a payment. They knew I came in every other Saturday to make payments. They are very annoying and unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend going to them. Rent a center or Aaron's is the place to go. Stay away from show place. I'm glad I no longer have to deal with them. I was also suppose to be paying $700 total for the product and somehow it was $1500 total. That was just for an oculus. They also wanted over 5k for a $1200 laptop. I will be going to Amazon and just order everything new. I will also be bashing this store in any way I can. No I will not contact my local store manager to try and work something out. Read moreSo the store itself looks good, they have a great selection, they are very willing to work with you on overall pricing and down payment, but my major issue and one that I think is very misleading and poor business ethics is that the "optional VIP" subscription is not optional and will cost you 156 dollars a year. It is underhanded and really the only problem I have with the store. That's a lot of extra money each year you are stuck with it. The paperwork clearly states it is 100 percent optional, but going to the store they say it's mandatory. I won't be doing further business with them after I pay off my current purchase. Read moreVERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I ORDERED FROM THE BELLFOUNTAINE STORE. IVE HAD SEVERAL BACK SURGERIES. THEY BROUGHT ME A RECLINER LOVESEAT AND A RECLINER CHAIR. MADE MY BACK HURT THE FIRST DAY. I ASKED IF THEY COULD GIVE ME A REGULAR FURNITURE SET THAT WERE NOT RECLINING BECAUSE THATS WHY MY BACK WAS HURTING. THEY TOLD ME THEY COULDN'T FIND ANYTHING IN MY PRICE RANGE.
