I purchased a pair of native made earrings from this boutique for a gift. Upon opening the package on 10/13/2023, I noticed one of the earrings was damaged. I immediately emailed including a screenshot of the packing slip/earrings. I received a reply 10/16/2023 that a replacement pair would be sent immediately. Fast forward to 11/15/2023 I still had not received the replacement earrings or any correspondence from TRB. I reached out again, inquiring about the status. 11/16/2023 a reply was sent stating the earrings were sent and to let them look into it. 12/8/2023 NOTHINGā¦no earrings/or communication from TRB. AGAIN, emailed inquiring about status. Reply from TRB- they were sent but couldn't find a tracking number, earrings were waitlisted so a refund would be issued. I offered to return the damaged earrings and was told a return label would be emailed on 12/11/2023. 01/12/2024 no refund, no return label, NO COMMUNICATION from anyone at TRB. I finally called the store and spoke to an employee who after a few minutes of checking into things told me a credit had been issued. I asked her when the credit was issued as I checked my account daily if not several times and the credit was never there, even prior to my making the call. She replied āI donāt know, itās on thereā. I checked my account and it had been added. Insinuating that I was at fault for not seeing the credit which was added to my account during the phone call, taking 3 months to finally settle things is completely unacceptable. Customer service at TRB is not as good as it once was and itās a shame. The focus is no longer the customer. Will not be purchasing from this...

Next thing you know, I get a notification weeks later stating that they cancelled my preorder because they chose to increase the price on the item. After I already put my card number down the LOCK IN THE PRESALE. If a person has already been on your waitlist to receive, you shouldnāt go taking it out of their cart because you got a wild hare and chose to increase the price. That seems backwards to me. The NEXT was when I paid for 2 items, which stated that my label was created and giving me status as if it was in transit, and all of the sudden I get a ārefundā notice that they over sold. Well how does that work when Iāve already paid and the whole order status states that itās going to be on its way to me. AND if you oversold why do you still have these items up on the site? So the next person can have a poor experience? I wonāt cancel the next items I have on my preauthorize yet because Iām really hoping for better service. Iām a pretty regular spender when it comes to my turquoise and western fashion, so Iād really hate for this to become a thing. I love supporting small businesses. Please please do better to fix situations and make them right like this down the road, and Iād be happy to...
