Have lived here almost 2 months town homes are very well maintained and super nice inside come with fridg, dish washer, stove and a microwave built in about the stove. Kitchen is a very food sice with plenty of counter space for cooking plenty of cupboards and drawers. My unit faces the play ground which I love gets me a direct site to check my little ones. Most people here keep to themselves but that does not mean their not approachable or helpful. Rent is very reasonable and too be honest utilities don't not run that high. If you are a single mom they will deny you and don’t have a human response because you will be addressed like a toddler and gaslight you that you are the problem. Very unprofessional and also extremely cold and rude, if you’re in need, don’t even bother. The “property manager” does not answer calls or texts in a decent time and won’t even give you a chance to speak to the property owner. I’ve been told I am denied and it is final, even though I tried to tell them I have a co-signer. I just get told the same thing and I will not be tolerated because I was reacting to being spoke to like I’m a child. But I’m the disrespectful one....

The new manager and maintenance are AMAZING. They're both personable and great to geting back to me on things. Highly recommend living here. The now company that manages apple lanes also really great. They're remodling the units so they're super nice, no more plain white walls. Lived...
