I placed a order online for a Tropical bouquet for my grandmothers 87th birthday. I was very disheartened to see that the bouquet she received was not the bouquet I ordered. I ordered a tropical bouquet and she received something different. I explained I understand substitutions but not a completely different bouquet! The man (employee) I spoke with became argumentative and was extremely rude towards me and asked did I want to embarrass my grandmother by having the bouquet picked up and my money refunded in which I declined. I ended up talking to the owner who was very kind and informed me that the tropical flowers don’t come in until mid week which is why I received this substitution. Again the bouquet She received was beautiful but very different from the bouquet I ordered and I really wish someone would of reached out and said they did not have that selection at the moment instead of giving her what they wanted instead of something close to what I ordered or at least said when we get the flowers in we can deliver them then which would of been...
