My CUBCADET was never fixed while under warranty4 YEARS,,IN & out of shop ..Asurion warranty only paid to pick up ,never to fix according to Asurion warranty rep. We had to have generator worked on about 2yrs ago due to lack of use and probable improper storage on our part. We took it to a recommended shop, waited a month and called to check.." Do not take your Craftsman products to them. They do not return calls or voicemail. Their service is non-existent. They have my craftsman trimmer, and they have closed their business.
