As a fellow physician, I can say that dr. Lanna is actually THE authority on all things medical aesthetics has to offer, and in fact is the one who teaches all the other doctors and medical professionals in the country (and even people from around the world) how to perform medical aesthetics. Feb 18 - Had a consult for Morpheus8 with Dr. Valika. Was told there’s 500 discount if I prepay for package of 3. March 8 - Day of procedure was awesome. Dr. Valika is the best. Checked out, paid for 3 & was charged 3149.78 full price. Realized the overcharge next day & called. They apologized & promised a 500 refund. That was March 8. I tried several times to get my refund & 2 follow up appts scheduled with Dr. Valika. Was told they will call when they get her schedule. Finally got appt May 7.
