I had a bad experience today. I have arthritis in my hands and I don’t like to roll or break up buds so I buy a lot of pre-rolls and a lot of preground flower. With pre-ground it can be hit or miss as some companies aren’t very good at honesty &Shine is one of them. This product is listed under the sub category of ground flower, not shake, but it is definitely shake which cannot and should not be smoked. Not expecting anything I went ahead and I looked at the website and it says if you’re dissatisfied in any reason to return the product. I called and was asked to send pictures of it and then called back and was told that the higher-ups say that it’s supposed to be partial shake or some other really really poor customer service excuse. I was nice and explained on your website. There are sub categories for flower ,one for shake and one for ground flower. I wanted ground flour and got shake. I simply want to exchange it. I’m a dissatisfied customer and I’m told that no they won’t take it back. I’m ending up writing this review because it was just that bad. All they needed to do is simply say yeah that sucks. Read moreMy wife and I have been semi-regular customers for about 3 months now. My wife has always gone in to pick up our order and has never had a single issue. Earlier this evening she was turned away for having a fake ID, laughed at, and told to leave. Mind you, this is the exact same ID she has used to enter and pick up our order on previous occasions here and at other local dispensaries for around 4 years now. They apparently used "I googled WV fake ID and this matched" as a justification though I wasn't present to hear this.
I attempted to enter to pick up our order instead. While waiting for them to scan my ID, I angrily explained (rightfully so) that she has used it previously many times and had no issue. The manager decided he needed to explain why she was turned away due to the real ID scanner and a "blurry picture." I do not care to nor do I need to hear his explanation. I expressed such and asked to be let in so I can be on my way, my ID was tossed back to me and I was turned away for doing so. I'm sure he felt proud of himself.
We obviously will not return to do business with people like this. I'm sure they don't care based on their blatant attitude and disrespect towards my wife and I, but I felt compelled to share our recent experience anyway since they are highly...

The redundancy is ridiculous. When you first walk in you show ID and are asked if you’re walking in or placed an online order. Then when you get up to the counter once agsin asked to ID and then they ask if you’re walking in or placed an online order. I replied the second time with “why don’t you tell me” and then was refused to be served. Why do you ask the first time then do absolutely nothing with the information. I’m not your puppet. If you’re going to ask a question then do something with the information. Besides being forced to say anything Is ridiculous. If I want to just show my ID and remain silent why can’t I. You force me into answering then once again do nothing with the information then you gotta repeat. I’d this review s little redundant. Now you know how we feel.
