If you are looking for a place to live, and I mean "LIVE" look no further! The Lodge isn't a typical "apartment" it's honestly like living in a luxury resort. A few months ago, I needed to find a new place to call home, I stumbled upon The Lodge... buckle up and get ready for my lengthy review of The Lodge!
The property is conveniently located right off of 495 on the Marlboro / Southboro side. It is a quick drive to the mass pike going east to Boston or west to Worcester, or cruise the backroads & they will lead you to the surrounding towns in the Metrowest - Middlesex area.
The Lodge has many variations of floorplan layouts for 1 to 3 bedroom units to choose from. I personally chose a spacious 1 bedroom w/ a den & 2 baths, I absolutely love it! My bedroom is a large size space w/ a huge walk-in closet. Both bathrooms are extremely spacious, with lots of storage. The units are all brand new, modern and bright living spaces. I assure you will get the BEST nights of sleep, catching all the ZzzZz's living at The Lodge!
The design of the property is beautiful with unique details that highlight the hard work & creative art from local artists, from custom handcrafted door handles to a recycled basketball court wood floors in the fitness gym.
I love all the amenities here! A large library, a great room with coffee bar & beer taps (2 free beers a day - for the over 21 folks), professional Trackman golf sim room, "The Lil' Lodge" children's play room, work-from-home conference pods, sound proof Podcast studio room, Fitness gym with yoga & cycle room, Hot tub and pool, rooftop deck area, outside turf and game area, brick pizza oven and grills, dog park & dog spa room. They also have their very own Bees, making local Honey for us, It's pretty sweet! (pun intended!)
The Property Management Team is the best! They are the ALL-STARS who truly care about the property, but most importantly care about the residents. Chelsea, Justin, Niko, Rekke & Joe are honestly the nicest people. Chelsea is the Community Manager, The Lodge's MVP!.. out of the many hats she wears, she coordinates the most fun, thoughtful, awesome events for the residents! She is the absolute sweetest! Justin, the Assistant Community Manager & Niko, the Leasing Professional are the most personable, professional, down to earth guys that make the process of moving into and living at The Lodge an absolute breeze! If you have questions or need assistance with anything, they are there to help! Rekke, the Service Supervisor and Joe, the Service Technician are great, always making sure everything works, runs smoothly and that the property is kept in pristine condition. The Community team is the BEST AROUND!
I highly, HIGHLY...
Read moreThe first 6 months was great! Justin was an amazing property manager. Once Justin left everything went down hill. My family was kicked out because they accused my family of smoking in the unit and we wasnât even home at times of complaints. When Justin was the property manager, if he got a complaint about my unit he would inspect my unit right when the complaint is happening. He told me I was 100% clear and had nothing to worry about. Then a week later he left. Chelsea sent out emails saying Niko was the replacement but never mentioned that he didnât even have the credentials to be a property manager. But congratulations to him even though he lied in my face about being too sick to smell smoke when I brought him to the place where there was smoke smell was. These people are not for young black professionals. Chelsea even went as far as ignoring my email about my lease renewal because she already had a plan to kick me out. I know that for a fact because she told me out her mouth that she knew it was coming so she felt like she didnât need to answer my email. I know for a fact I wasnât giving a fair chance to fight my case about not being the one smoking in my unit because there was no court date no warning just a letter saying you have 30 days to move out. When I went to talk to Chelsea about the move out date I showed her proof that no one was in the unit smoking and she said to call the lawyer, called and emailed lawyer still have not heard anything. The day we moved out the people were in the building smoking. Iâm sure they still getting complaints from the same person because no one actually investigated to see where the smoke was...
Read moreI recently moved into The Lodge, and I must say, it has exceeded all my expectations, earning a well-deserved 5 out of 5 stars from me. The apartments are not just places to live; they are thoughtfully designed homes with residents' daily lives in mind, making every day here a pleasure.
The amenities are nothing short of top-notch. As someone who often works remotely, the working space and library have been invaluable. The gym is well stocked with quality equipment for us to use. Although the rooftop and pool/courtyard area are still under construction, I am eagerly anticipating their completion, as they promise to be exceptional additions to the property.
However, what truly transforms The Lodge from a mere residence to a home is the incredible sense of community fostered by the staff. Niko, Chelsea, and Dave have gone above and beyond in making us feel welcome, respected, and valued. Their efforts to not only maintain the property but also to create enjoyable opportunities for residents to bond with one another are commendable. It is rare to find a place where the staff genuinely cares about creating a positive environment for everyone.
For those in search of not just a new apartment but a true home, complete with amazing amenities, a welcoming community, and a staff that puts residents first, I cannot recommend The Lodge highly enough. I would urge anyone looking for a place in the area to take a tour and see for themselves the incredible living experience The Lodge...
