Craft Food Hall — Restaurant in Marlborough

When you have bad food, there is no one to contact without going back to the hall and waiting until you can get someones attention. The food has been going downhill lately while they keep making things more expensive. They cut sandwiches half way so when you try to pull the 2 sides apart everything falls out. The soup has been really bad lately. The tater tots are so overdone it's like eating a burnt chip. The pizza is really the only thing that is consistently good and decently priced. Prices need to go down for the quality we receive, and there needs to be a better way to contact if something is wrong with your order. It sucks that there is no better option without leaving the building.
