Worth the drive! Sales & Staff seem genuinely happy (good sign), definitely helped me find the (perfect fit) item I was after, offered to stay a couple minutes after close (no way) while reassuring me to slow down & double check the sale (no pressure-at all). Happy with my (American made) Danners 👍. My first trip to the store was to guide my Son thru a firearm purchase...an unbelievable deal on a very high quality, limited quantity(American made) AR. However, the salesman (wish I had the name) proved extremely knowledgeable and friendly (and patient), when our turn came he educated thoroughly my boy (all 4 of us) on every aspect of the rifle. From tear-down to cleaning & proper ammo selection. He also walked with him to the aisle selecting the best BUIS (not most expensive), explained how to attach the sights & adjust, advised the best affordable clean ammo and then he rang up the sale. He did-not try to pile on any other un-needed accessories! Kool 👍 l Thanks

My wife and I went here to purchase a Camp Chef 36 Woodwind Wifi pellet grill that they showed on sale in their flyer on their FB page. When we were in the store we were told that they did not have any in stock. I then asked about a rain check and offered to pay in full ahead of time.....I was denied a rain check. We arrived on the 2nd day of the sale and was told that they sold the floor model a few days prior, which means they did not have any of these for the sale dates which were Jan 27th - Feb 9th. On Feb 5th I noticed that they had put out a new flyer on their FB page that showed this same grill for the same sale price with new sale dates of Feb 1st - Feb 28th. I then called the store to see if they had just received some of these grills in and was told by a store employee that he had not had any of this model grill be delivered to the store in at least 4 months. I guess their sales flyers are just bait to get people into their store seeing they can't have the items in their store and hadn't in quite a while. Horrible...

Bens in Marlette Michigan has a new customer!!! I didn’t know anything about a crossbow and I heard about Bens so I decided I would stop in there on the way back from Country View Market in Snover. Wasn’t really sure what I wanted? The sales people were awesome - no pressure - they basically trained me on crossbows. They worked with me, they coached me and my wife was with me. She was so impressed with the guys that were training me. I left the store. Outside the store my wife said go buy that crossbow those guys were awesome! They weren’t selling you something they were educating you so you could make the decision on what was important to you!!!! I went in there knowing both about crossbows and now I am very confident with my purchase and how to use crossbow!!! Maintenance everything! If the owner is reading this review?
