The pricing was good and that’s about it. They had my bike for little over two months. Very little communication and when they did they were giving me the wrong information. The initially told me 2 weeks prior to me picking up my bike that the air filter was on back order and that the rest of the bike was done (replaced starter and resolved the issue as to why the starter went out) the following week to them communicating that with me I called them and said that I was going to pick it up early and just put the air filter in myself when it came it id just pick it up. They then told me “oh wait, no the air filter has been here, it was the stator cover gasket that is on back order, but the air filter is in and we have it in the bike.” And prior to that I was going to have them replace the battery as it had been flat dead. I get it there and they had said that the battery was good. Fast forward to today. I pick up the bike. The battery is still dead and doesn’t want to start the bike on its own. And the new air filter was not in the bike… very disappointed as to I could’ve had the bike on the road a month ago with the build I’m doing, but I don’t appreciate when the shop I entrust to do the work I ask to be done on my bike...

Great place to buy a bike! They're a small, family owned and oriented business. They definitely made me feel welcome there. I ordered a (BYOB) 2020 Beta XTrainer online and had it sent to their store. They walked me through the whole process and kept me updated the whole way through. When the bike arrived there, they let me know right away, and worked with me on a delivery day and time. Brent answered all my questions on the bike, and even gave me pointers on everything. He's VERY thorough about the bike when you pick it up. He definitely knows way around bikes. I was there for about an hour and a half. Not because anything was wrong.... more because everything was right! Not one time did I feel rushed or unappreciated in that store, or on the phone either, for that matter. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a bike. They ride and love bikes there, and it shows. Brent, Stacie and Matt were all awesome to work with. I'd give 10 stars if I could! THANKS! Brent was awesome at helping me get my sled back on the trails in a quick manner. My track tore apart and damaged a tunnel brace and tunnel protectors. ALL of the dealers in the area told me it would be a 2-3 week wait before they could even look at. Brent told 2-3 days before he could get to it and I could tell by the conversation I had with him that he was the kind of guy that would not over promise and under deliver. They worked with my insurance company all the way through the process and, most importantly to me, kept me informed every step of the way. They do very professional work and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I am so happy the "dealers" were all too busy to help me and I had to search and find Bennett Power Sports. They are an hours drive each way away from me but it was well worth it !!!!!!!!
