I purchased a carport from him and he took the down payment. At that time he said it would be 6 wks. After 8 wks. I went by his business and waited for over an hour for him to come back, as well as 2 other customers who were there to get uhaul trucks. He said he had spoken with the company and my carport would be delivered in 2 weeks. I started looking into the company that he had sold me a carport from and discovered that the internet, Facebook and the Better Business Bureau was full of negative reviews and complaints. I couldn't locate 1 good review for this company. After 3 more weeks I stopped by his business again and was told he would be back later in the day. I mentioned to the lady working in the office what I had found about the company. I left my number and asked that he call me back. He didn't. 3 more weeks and after calling his phone numerous times and always getting a voice mail message that said the mailbox was full, I texted him, because that was the only way to get a message to him. I told him that I wanted to cancel my order and get the $360 back I had paid as a down payment on the carport. He still didn't call me and would only communicate with me by text.. He said I couldn't get my money back. I called the finance company to tell them I was canceling the order. He had never sent them the completed paperwork. I'm not sure at this point that the carport was ever ordered. I have never gone to a business and made a purchase where the only way to get in touch with them was by text. He advertised to call or come by. Both of those methods won't work after he has taken your money. He would only communicate with me by text.. He wouldn't answer his phone or call me back. Do not buy from these people they will take your money and most of you will never see your product and if you do they won't do it right! As I'm sure you can see in the other reviews and if you try to get in contact with them it's no problem BEFORE you've paid any money to them! Of course! But when you sign a contract or pay them any money guess what? They all the sudden become the most busy people alive! Ain't that crazy? Oh and if you're as lucky as I am to actually get an answer finally they get an attitude and tell you it's our fault! Yes us the customers LOL my shed payment was supposed to have electric put in it but all they did was put the fuse box in there even though they clearly stated they would hook it up for us however when it's delivered the man said he doesn't do that!
