I would not even give them a star at all if I didn't have to.. not sure what these other people have been eating but for a kids hot dog basket and a BLT basket and 2 sweet teas was 15.84.. I got burnt bacon and the lettuce was as brown as the bacon.. took my so cold sandwich back to the counter to have it re-made and was treated as tho I had asked for something other than what I paid for.. this is the nastiest food I have ever put iny mouth and the rudest people I have ever encountered and can assure you, that me and my family will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!! I mean, how do u mess up a BLT and to top it all my grandsons hot dog was cold as if they took it straight out of the fridge... The burger parlor is probably good to people who know the owners, or ate there as a kid. I’ve eaten breakfast there twice, and lunch there twice. Realistically, it’s not inedible fare they serve. My over medium eggs were over EXTREMELY easy. Both times My eggs were essentially raw. The hash browns are frozen patties like McD’s but more greasy and less crispy. Their burger is extremely dry, but that can be overcome with lots of Mayo. The lettuce and tomato for the burger looked like they were prepped the week before. Brown lettuce, and mealy, flavorless tomato. The fries were soggy and lukewarm. I guess loyalty to this establishment is what most of these reviews are based on. Burger Parlors' Hot Dogs are SO good, they do NOT serve cheap hot dogs. B.P.'s Footlongs are top of the line& they taste great. The gal who cooks 'em up definitely knows what she's doin'! The same can be said of the chicken strips. These are NOT "Nuggets" like so many typical fast food joints like to serve.
