Read moreDuring Thanksgiving I had a server go down which I did not know about until the day after Thanksgiving as we were closed. My regular IT person was out of town; his staff was available however not able to remote in. I was referred to another IT team in CA, they also could not remote in so I did what everyone does, hit the web looking for someone who could solve this. Short version is that I was able to meet with Kevin on Saturday mid-day, get my server back Saturday evening and go back to work. Pricing was good, service was good, communication was good. After terrible experiences with different "Tech Bros" like the one that told me he was to important to answer my questions and other "shush" me when I tried to correct him on my computers serial#.
