The carpet looks great and my experience in the store was wonderful! I would give 5 stars for that. The reason for the 3 stars is based off of the people they had install the carpet. During the instal they broke the cover to the ceiling light on the landing in the stairs. Ok accidents happen and they took the price of the light off of the service. I can understand that. I paid them as they seemed to be in a hurry to leave. When I went to check on the carpet it looked pretty good. The only thing was that they had left the bedroom door off. I had to call to find the pins to put they door back up. They said they left the door off because it needed to be shaved down a bit. That’s fine. I just wish they would have told me before they left. Then I noticed that they had cut through and installed carpet over the internet cable. So now we have to pull up the carpet and have the cable rerun. I don’t know if it was an off day or what for these guys but it was such a messy job. Things...
