Galaxy Country Store LLC — Local services in Maryville

I Love this store! I always find treasures there when I come to visit relatives each fall. Recently I purchased Harvest Legume or Lentil soup mix there. It was delicious!!! I wish I could find it locally so I could buy some more. I live in Florida and we do not have that soup here.

Over the years I have purchased Muck Boots, canning supplies, water bath canner, kitchen tools, about 10 to 12 hand made baskets, sewing supplies, and a lot of other various items. It is a good Christian atmosphere and the people are very nice and helpful.

This year the parking lot was packed both times I visited.

I have liked shopping at this store in the past. It has really good breaded fried chicken that is thin & boneless. They have food most people do not think about gathering & eating in stews & soups, but are very good to eat. Their seasonings are superb as are their baking goods. My children ( adults now) liked choosing foods from their shelves to use in recipes. They had some clothing, kitchen & bathroom supplies, pretty baskets, soaps that are scented, some books, & other small things. They sell pop, milk, fresh meat, & some other supplies.This is a good store that has tried their best to keep what buyers would need & want, within their store. This store deserves respect, because their own family manages the store themselves. You can not say that about other stores in our area. Found out about this store while we were at college at Northwest. Now we drive a little over an hour just to shop there. If you are looking for GREAT bargins this is where you go. Some food is past expiration dates. This is a discount food store, packages that have been damaged, but product is still good, etc. They also have their own, honey, spices, flour, etc. You do have to be careful of some products, in my opinion, but other than...
