Excellent customer service and great, fun products!! I placed an order a few weeks before Halloween (which included a Halloween Tee) and didn't realize that a 3rd party app had attached a shipping address which I hadn't been at for 3 years. When I reached out and explained MY MISTAKE, they agreed to re-ship the package to the correct address when it arrived back at their facility. I was out of town when the 2nd package arrived and when I opened my mail (3 days before Halloween) the wrong package had been sent to me...no Halloween shirt :(. I reached out a second time, and they explained what happened and promised to get my order back out to me. I was super-shocked and PLEASED to get my order within 2 days and in time for Halloween! Amazing company! I ordered 4 shirts 2 weeks before the superbowl and was hoping to have them in time to wear for the superbowl to support my team, and the team at Red Rival had my order shipped out within 2 days and I had my shirts within 5 days! Note I also live in ohio (so a different state than them) so shipping was expected to be alittle bit longer. But I was VERY pleased!
