Terrible!!! Stay away, I stopped there with a mail in my tire, I showed the guy, he took it inside , lady comes in and said you have two nails, I said fine . Saw them taking the tire out of the rim, I never seen a tire out the rim for a plug, I thought maybe be thatâs how they do it here, an hour later I asked why itâs taking so long for a plug, she said oh we only patch . I said you should have disclosed that to me do I make up my mind, she got mad and ran inside and talked to them. They got the tire done and said we patch one and plugged one. 50 dollars with tax and 4% credit card surcharge. Complete intentional rip off , bait and switch experts. And for the record, it did not include a balance or installation because i did not bring the vehicle with me, so great try with your rebuttal there. Good luck with your dishonest shady buisness...
Read moreI brought some tires in to get installed. I was the only person there from the time I came in, until the time I left. It took the one guy took over 2 hours to install my tires. He would stop, look around, chat with the other guy who wasnât doing anything. I noticed a couple of days after that the tires were installed the wrong direction. I called them to let them know and asked if they would reinstall it the correct direction after I payed them $130 for the initial service and they just laughed at me over the phone and refused to do it. These guys donât know what theyâre doing and they charge you $30 each tire. Save your time and money and just get your tires installed at Walmart for $11 each tire. Probably faster, definitely cheaper and the customer service would most likely...
