We have used Boston Interiors Mashpee on two different occasions to fully furnish two different condos. Four years ago, we bought our first condo on the Cape and needed furniture for every room. We are so glad that we chose Boston Interiors. We love the style of their products. Further, we spent several hours with Karyn who is an expert in design. We had so much fun working with her and appreciated her insight and suggestions! She really is the very best of the best. We were extremely pleased with our purchases and our experience that just recently (four years later) we went back to Karyn to help us fully furnish our new year-round residence. We had the same incredible experience and love all of our new furnishings! Karyn was so attentive and her follow-up is extraordinary! A shout-out to Dee, the store manager who helped out on a few follow-up needs as well! Our whole experience has been a great one and we highly recommend Boston Interiors Mashpee for your furniture and accessory needs. You won't be disappointed! Daniel and Rob,...
Read moreTo all my friends and family please post and re-post this so eventually BOSTON INTERIORS OF MASHPEE (boasting a Family Owned Business) get the message! I purchased a kitchen table 2 years ago from them only because of proximity to Yarmouth. The table has been only been used at most 10 times in the last 2 years! Last week I noticed a chip in the finish and a visible line of the finish lifting.I sent pictures and contacted BOSTON INTERIORS. I was told it must have been due to water damage and it is not covered, nothing we can do for you but offer a 15% discount for a new table. I since have had a finish carpenter who said it is a defect in the table and nothing to do with water damage. Anyway who buys a kitchen table that you cannot drink at!!!! My mistake was not going to JORDAN'S FURNITURE because they stand by everything they sell for as long as you have it! PLEASE PASS THE WORD AND DO NOT SHOP AT BOSTON INTERIORS! Sorry for the rant but people need to know how they do business! Like Comment Share

I was contacted by customer support and they offered to replace the cushion cover. I was very impressed by their response - so I changed my review. However, I remain disappointed in the quality of the stitching of the couch. One should be able to wash cushion covers without them falling apart, why sell a product like this when you know that most people can't afford a "professional cleaner" or wait for...
