I originally wrote a one star review, but then I deleted it because she had called me an addresed the entire situation. So let me start over. as we were getting on the hayride, the driver left the tractor running, unattended. Kids were climbing on the hayride and the tractor took off rolling down the hill, my family and I were at the end of the tractor and the gates were wide open, a child was on the stairs and her dad was running with the tractor helping her stay on. My child had fell while climbing on and hit her head. It was possibly very traumatizing for the children, and it was very scary as we were heading towards a fence. The whole situation was ignored and not spoke of. It was quite scary being at the end of the tractor with the gates wide-open rolling down the hill. I’m just at shock with the whole tractor situation, the fact that that could have been a lawsuit and the whole situation was ignored, and didn’t give us an option to get off. So after I had wrote that review, she had contacted me and told me they actually had people out there that night leveling out the area so there is no chance of it ever happening again, also stated that they were putting stoppers in place every time they stop the vehicle. Well I ended up going back with a friend yesterday, that was a lie. It was quite upsetting, she seemed very genuine and I was actually very pleased that she was going to be addressing the situation. It wasn’t addressed. We weren’t even offered any type of refund for the first time after the incident, I’m just actually really upset that she had told us and promised us that the situation was being taken care of. And then to come back and see that nothing has changed. No the tractor didn’t roll away again, but it’s the fact that it’s still could, and it already has. On the bright side beside the scary situation, kids had fun. Workers are quite rude but they are teenagers so what do you expect. Foods extremely expensive and have...
Read moreI purchased a $22.00 for my grandson, two$16.00 for me and my son. The hay ride was not available and we all three could have went on that. You get a small pumpkin as well. Since it was not working we were told he could have a small pumpkin which we thought was nice. To our surprise it was so small he could hold it in his hand. My son and I did not get one. Really, he would have got it if he had been on the hay ride anyway so he should have been able to get a bigger one missing the ride. I feel this was so not fair and unkind to treat us that way. So really you did nothing for him for missing the ride, anyone can figure that out. I felt sad for my grandson so I think you need to rethink this decision. You did nothing more for him missing the hay ride. He had a great time but was hoping for a...
